Chocolate Noir Torte

For the true chocolate connoisseur, the Chocolate Noir Torte is an uncompromising celebration of dark chocolate in its most luxurious form. We use single-origin 72% Valrhona chocolate for both the dense, fudgy sponge and the silky mirror-glaze ganache. Layers of dark chocolate mousse are interspersed with candied orange peel and a hint of Grand Marnier. The dramatic black mirror glaze is finished with hand-applied 24-carat edible gold dust, creating a cake that is as visually striking as it is delicious.
